Information used to sign in

When you choose Continue with Google, Google provides your account identifier, verified email address and basic profile information. Solomon uses your identifier, email and name to recognize your account and connect it to the employee access approved by the office. Solomon does not receive your Google password.

Your access in Solomon

Signing in does not grant a company-wide role. Your active employee record and office-assigned permissions determine which jobs, customer details, reviews and other work records you can access. Personal email addresses can be used when approved by the office.

Separate Google connections

Employee sign-in requests basic identity only. It does not request access to your Gmail, Google Chat, contacts or Google Business Profile. Connecting those features is a separate authorization with its own permissions.

Account and security records

Solomon stores account identifiers, employee profile links, sign-in sessions and security activity to operate and protect company access. Google processes authentication, and the Solomon server stores the account and work records. Sign-in information is not sold or used for advertising.

Your choices and contact

You can use your office-approved email and password instead of Google sign-in. You can remove Google's authorization in your Google Account settings and ask the office to disable Solomon access. Removing Google authorization does not erase company job, payroll or audit records.
