Android native app
Android 8 or later. Version 1.0.2 requires precise location and Allow all the time before technicians can open jobs and leads. The native app shares work location in the background while you are available, with a visible notification. Choose Off duty to stop sharing.
Open the download, allow installation from your browser if asked, and sign in with your employee email and password. When enabling work location, allow precise location, choose Allow all the time in Android settings, and allow notifications. On Android 8–9, the separate All the time setting is not available. Return to Solomon to finish.
Pilot release: verify background location on your actual phone before using it for payroll. Battery settings and force-stopping the app can interrupt tracking. Reopen the app to resume.
iPhone
The iPhone project is prepared. A signed installation will be available after the company Apple Developer account, Xcode build and phone testing are completed.
For now, open this page in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen. Browser location requires keeping the app visible.
Use the browser
Availability does not start paid time. Clock in on arrival at the first job, record travel between jobs, and clock out at the last job. Technicians must be on duty with a fresh work location to view their next assigned job.
Internet is required to save work and clock changes. Background incoming calls are not supported by this build. Calls, messages, email and payments also depend on their company provider connections.
